The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Turnover Intentions: A Conceptual Review

چکیده

All employees deserve a decent working environment in order to be productive their work. High employee turnover has adverse effects on economic growth as companies incur additional costs and experience drop productivity. Hence, identifying the factors that reduce intention is line with Sustainable Development Goals. This review paper aims improve our understanding of relationship between transformational leadership style job satisfaction, examines impact reducing intention. The literature proved satisfaction greatly influence an employee’s decision leave or stay his her organisation. Based literature, this also provides recommendations for future research areas would provide valuable information helping organisations intention, ultimately turnover.
